This on-line
planner is designed to assist you in implementing the Comprehensive
Needs Assesstment (CNA) process. It includes all the information
and materials you will need as you progress through the
three phases of the process, reflecting the best thinking
resulting from a pilot study sponsored by the U.S.D.E. Office
of Migrant Education (OME) in conjunction with the Comprehensive
Center (CC) Network. Both organizations would like to acknowledge
the work done by the Migrant Education Departments of Arizona,
Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas as the participant pilot
states.
